A Scientific and Technical Meeting Between Faculty of Physical Education and the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation

Prof. Hany Sa’ed, Dean of Faculty of Physical Education, welcomed Prof. Mohamed Ali Suleiman, Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation and a member of the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Committee at the International Gymnastics Federation, along with Prof. Haitham Abdel Razeq, Head of the Department of Physical Fitness, Gymnastics, and Sports Performances at Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Alexandria University, and Chairman of the Coaching Education and Qualification Committee at the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation.
The meeting took place as part of an initiative to exchange scientific and technical expertise between the faculty and the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation. The collaboration aims to share insights, enhance the qualifications of graduates, and increase confidence in their capabilities.
As part of this initiative, the faculty works to establish a scientific cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation, chaired by Dr. Ehab Amin, President of both the Egyptian and African Gymnastics Federations and a member of the Executive Bureau of the International Gymnastics Federation.
The protocol aims to organize training and refereeing courses to refine students' skills, train a new generation of coaches and referees, and promote gymnastics in the Delta region. This aligns with the faculty’s institutional excellence strategy, fostering partnerships with sports organizations across Egypt and equipping graduates with the necessary skills to meet the requirements of the labor market.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Sheriff Saleh, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research; Prof. Yasser Ghoraba, Professor of Kinesiology and Head of Quality Assurance Unit; Dr. Mohammed Al-Khawaga, Assistant Professor; and Dr. Mohammed Al-Sharqawy, Assistant Professor at Sports Training Department.
