Medical Examination Schedule for New Students at Faculty of Sports Science


  Faculty of Sports Science at Tanta University announces the schedule for the medical examinations of new male and female students. Medical examinations will be conducted throughout the week, starting from Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and continuing for approximately one month. The examinations will cover students enrolled in the faculty for the academic year, 2026/2027.
Students are required to follow the instructions below:
A. Medical examinations will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 100 students per day, according to the designated schedule for male and female students. This arrangement is intended to provide the best possible service and ensure the efficient organization of comprehensive medical examinations.
B. Students have been divided according to an approved schedule established by the Faculty and the University Medical Administration. Specific days have been allocated for male and female students as follows:
1.    Female students: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
2.    Male students: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
C. When attending the medical examination, students must obtain the medical examination form on the same day of their examination from the Student Affairs Office at the faculty.
The required documents:
1.    A copy of the student’s national ID card.
2.    One recent personal photograph, size 4×6 cm.
3.    The nomination card.
4.    Medical examination fee: EGP 300, payable at the University Medical Administration. Students must retain the payment receipt.
D. Students of the Faculty of Sports Science are required to undergo additional examinations specific to the faculty, in addition to the standard medical examinations, which include:
•    Internal Medicine
•    Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
•    General Surgery
•    Ophthalmology
•    Dentistry
•    Orthopedics
   These examinations are supplemented by a drug screening test and a cardiac examination to assess the students’ health and physical fitness.
E. After completing all medical procedures and the comprehensive medical examination, the medical examination form will be submitted directly to the Faculty Administration to complete the student’s file.
Students will not receive the medical examination form after completing the examination, as the results will be sent directly to the Faculty Administration.
Important Instructions:
1.    Students must keep the medical examination payment receipt and submit it with their enrollment documents.
2.    Students are requested to strictly adhere to the designated days for male and female students when attending the medical examination.
