“Enhancing Junior Development Structures as a Strategic Imperative for the Future of Egyptian Football” a Symposium at Faculty of Physical Education


   Faculty of Physical Education at Tanta University held a symposium under the title, “Enhancing Youth Development Structures as a Strategic Imperative for the Future of Egyptian Football” under patronage of Prof. Mohammed Hussain, Tanta University President; and Prof. Hany Sa’eed, Faculty Dean.
   The symposium tackled all the aspects related to development of the junior sectors at football clubs and youth centers to prepare a new generation of talented players and to refine the skills of the coaches and the referees to accomplish the football system under supervision of Egyptian Football Association chaired by Mr. Hany Abo Rida, CAF President and FIFA Council Member.
   The symposium was attended by Dr. Ehab Al-Komy, Former Member of Egyptian Football Association; Captain Alaa Nabil, Technical Manager of Egyptian Football Association; Mr. Mohammed Oriby, Member of the Parliament and Secretary of Nation's Future Party; Dr. Abdel Mun’em Shehab and M.G/ Ghobashi Bedair, Members of the Parliament; as well as Dr. Magdy Abu Frekha, Former President of Basketball Association; Prof. Magdy Wakwak, Member of the Apparatus of the Egyptian Junior Football Team Qualified for the World Cup; Captain Hussain Al-Sayyed, Coach of the National Junior Team; Captain Abdel Sattar Sabry and Captain Amir Abdul Hamid, Coaches of the Goal Keepers; and Captain Ramy Adel; in addition to many trainers of the junior football sectors in Gharbia. On the sidelines of the symposium, football figures were honored.
